I think you need to sort your customer service out. I saw to get a refund because I wasn’t happy with the performance of the app and wasn’t gonna use it and I was told I wasn’t able to get it and had to go to Apple even though I already had been and they wouldn’t give me a refund so I thought you directly to help me and I wasn’t helped by customer service in disregard. Very disappointed in the service I received.
