Keratosis Pilaris of the face makes it difficult for the face to absorb and maintain moisture, as products just sit on the surface due to the excess of keratin build up on pores. It makes doing make up next to impossible. Yes, acne is never an issue, but your skin is always dry, sensitive and prone to that rosasia look. It needs exfoliation and at the same time triggers with excessive exfoliation. It’s very difficult to treat since there’s no definitive cause and the majority of products to treat it on arms/legs is way too harsh for the face. THIS is something I’d like to see more products for since it’s hardly considered!
