I just want a routine with the products that i already own. Why can i only buy new ones?
Some of my skin Care is fine… this app feels like a shopping platform, i want this app to teach me how to organize the items i have according to my needs and get an appropriate routine with my skin Care.
There should be a section in the intial analysis asking for scans of my current products. It takes about a week or two to order and receive the recommended products. So results are skewed in my opinion because I’m not using the recommended products with the optimal % of effectiveness. For example, my current cleanser after scanning is only 72% effective compared to the recommended cleanser.
There should be a step in the introduction where the user should be asked if they want to use the products they already own first. And as the product s are used others should be recommended. By doing so the use will before confirmation also be shown that this will have an effect upon on the timeline for the plan. But this should be a decision for the user.
Now I haven’t got the guidance and help from the app. So I have canceled my subscription.
