I would love to suggest a feature that allows users to indicate when a product has caused breakouts or negative skin reactions.
Currently, some products are marked as “excellent” or “highly suitable” for my skin type. However, I have personally experienced severe breakouts from certain products, and there is no option to report this within the app. Because of this, these products continue to be recommended to me, even though they clearly do not work for my skin.
It would be extremely helpful to have:
• An option to mark a product as “caused breakouts” or “not suitable for my skin”
• A way for the algorithm to learn from this feedback
• Automatic filtering or reduced recommendation of products I’ve reacted badly to
• A section in the profile where users can track past negative reactions
This would make recommendations much more personalized and prevent users from repeatedly trying products that have already harmed their skin.
I believe this feature would greatly improve user trust and the overall accuracy of the app’s recommendations.
