Love the app. It’s made my skincare so much better.
A few things could be better:
Lovi assistant behaviour: Very basic AI bot. Functionality feels a bit stale. It just pushes products. I get this is a marketing app, no hate, but I was asking about my routine. Before I even sent the routine it was recommending products after telling me my routine was fantastic. When I asked about it, it didn’t know my routine at all.
Lóvi Assistant formatting: all text comes out as 1 paragraph with no formatting. When asking for instructions or guidance readability is mid.
Recommended products: I have LOVED all the products recommended so far. My one gripe is I wish there was a way to mark what you had, and then a calendar or instruction for that specific product and where it best fits.
Face scan: never enough light even if I use a ring light. Not sure if it’s a UI glitch with harsh filtering or if it just needs INSANE amounts of light.
Amazon integration broken: when I started using the app it was so nice to choose what I wanted and add it to my Amazon cart. For some reason that feature broke and just doesn’t work anymore. It’s a pity because it was so useful!
Overall the app has made my skincare a breeze and I love it. Can’t wait for future versions.
