Cancel subscription should be as easy and functioning as the signing up for it. It’s not working right now. Goes into a bug.

Please provide more information. Did Subscription Management menu fail to cancel your subscription?
Yes! I did not sign up or purchase this . It appeared on my statement 2/3/24.
There was a charge of $14.99 and $29.99
After contacting company they refunded the $29.99 on 2/8/24 but not the $14.99. The bigger issue is that I DID NOT make these purchases and was told it would not happen again. Well, someone dropped ball! My accountant was one that found the following charges 2/3/24 $29.99/$14.99
3/3/24 $29.99
4/3/24 $39.99
This is break down; 2/3/24 $29.99 & $14.99 debited from my account
2/8/24 $29.99 was credited back to my account
3/3/24 $29.99 Debited out of my account
4/3/24 $39.99 Debited out of my account AGAIN!!
LAST REQUEST for my account to be credited back the Feb, March, April 2024 amounts to my account. After the $29.99 on Feb 8, 2024 credit
I’m owed $114.96

I haven’t bought subscriptions and it says on my bank pending statement that they are taking $60 payments. This is rediculus . There is no phone number to contact. Emailed but no reply. I will not wait more than this . I will go to polic straight away for fraud.

I have send you guys countless messages to stop placing and taking money from my account. I have no fucking arrangements with you people…I have already reported you people to my bank…now it’s the authority (police) because I have heard enough.
