Unclear subscription packages. Value proposition is not explained well. For example, why should anyone pay for AI assistant when chat gpt is free? Overall, quite high charge even without ai assistant. Considering that routine is created once maybe it makes sense to charge per routine than per month

This is one of the worst apps EVER when trying to cancel. I’ve tried to contact them before and hear back nothing. Then all of a sudden a charge comes out my my account for a YEARLY subscription I do not want. Trying to get in touch again but this is a joke and not acceptable.

Exactly the chat and product scans should be included in the subscription, and it should also show a progress report after each face scan to see how well the routine is working for you and make new suggestions after a few face scans if the routine isn’t working well or can be improved.
